Hello, Gang!
New to the newsgroup. Am just finishing up my 55th week on WW. Have lost
over 116 pounds. All along I have been doing cardio and toning workouts,
which have helped immensely, but I do still have issues with loose skin,
especially on the stomach, inner thighs and upper arms. I'm wondering if
anyone has any suggestions that would help to get rid of it (or at least
firm it up a bit)...preferably not involving surgery? I'm less than 10 lbs
from my goal so it's not really a matter of losing too much more flab.
Thanks in advance

Kathleen

Thanks. I've actually heard of that and I'm sure I've seen it
somewhere. Kathleen

definitely shop around, you can pay 21 dollars for six ounces, or 11 dollars
a pound if you buy in bulk, lasts forever also, Lee

Hmm, my friend has a shop with all kinds of stuff like that. She might
be able to get me some in bulk. Good idea. Thanks
