20 minutes of elevated heart rate is a start. Do you do it every day?
Eventually, you want to build up to 30-60 minutes almost every day of the
week. Make sure you are cleared by a doc to take on exercise though.

18mph on a stationary bike is haulling ass speed.

I'll second Determine's advice on working your way up to an hour of exercise
4 to 5 times a week in order to help you lose weight.

Good advice already so I'll just say congratulations on the weight loss!
Weight Watchers is a very sensible way to lose. It worked for me several
years ago and taught me the things I needed to maintain that loss.
