How I became a loser...
Hi, my name is Sophy, this is my first post here. A few years ago, I weighed
190 pounds. Since then, I've lost 65 pounds (and 10 sizes) and kept them off for three years. I had a lot of trouble going through weight loss on my own, mostly because I had trouble staying motivated. Motivation was, by far, the biggest problem I had with my diet. How about everybody else out there? What do you think is the hardest part about losing weight? __________________________________________________ Sophy Tereschenko, Creator and Author of "The Diet Mindset" http://www.dietmindset.com Had enough of yo-yo dieting? It's time to change the way you look by changing the way you think! |
