Robo data and graph
My new chart: http://techmart.com/~cubit/Chart57.gif
Robochallenge: http://www.delorie.com/health/adslc/ He has not confirmed it, but I should now be clearly below my brother's weight. He was the athlete of the family. I'm wondering if he will become motivated to lose weight.... Cubit 311/188.7/165 |

Yes. The blip is making a new slope that is a clear departure from the
curve in the longer term chart. The timing of the change corresponds to my adding potassium to my daily diet. My potassium total is now around 70% of the Daily Value in Fitday. I'm thinking about increasing my potassium again. I should be in a safe range. I have read that the lethal dose for potassium starts around 14 grams, but it was not a reliable information source. What is the potassium doing for you? ----- 285.5/258.5/120 monthly-goal: 8 month-start: 285.5 It's good for leg cramps and such. Just sprinkle a little lite salt on your food, or eat potassium rich (LC) foods. |

Interestingly, my potassium levels have become more normal since LC - they were just starting to edge off the top of normal before I started (and normalised my blood glucose levels too). They've gone from 5 (top of normal) to 4.5, which my doctor is much happier with. Nicky. -- A1c 10.5/4.5/6 Weight 95/77/72Kg 1g Metformin, 87.5ug Thyroxine T2 DX 05/2004 |

I'm not sure. I gather a deficit of potassium can cause water retention.
