Default Truth about calories

If you overconsumed 500 calories for your birthday, Valentines Day, Easter,
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, would that really add one
pound? It scares me.

It scares me.

Why?

If you fasted on each of these days, you'd lose almost four pounds.

Well, look what the cat dragged in. Haven't seen you around for a long
time -- perhaps you haven't been around, or else you would have recognized
this ridiculous troll.

The body regulates calorie intake. There is a good chance that if you were
going to gain 20 pounds that year, it would not become 21.
