Default Idiot Proof Diet

I've been on the idiot proof diet for about 2 months. I've been telling
everybody I know about this diet that are interested in losing weight. I've
personally lost about 33 pounds and as long as you stick to the diet you will
lose the weight. If you do the idiot proof and screw up by eating something
that your are not allowed just start over the next day at day 1. You don't
have to be perfect but the closer you stick to the diet the more weight you
will lose. If you cheat and you don't start over you will lose 3 to 7lbs in
the 11 days instead of the 10 depending on how bad you cheated. I found out
by doing some walking helps alot instead of jogging or running. Read through
the diet it even tells you that walking helps you burn more fat than intense
workouts. This is my second time doing this diet and it has worked for me
everytime I've wanted shed some unwanted pounds.

It's great! Stick to it! You have to want it and besides your eating what
foods you prefer what 's hard about that?

Default Idiot Proof Diet

Whether one is an idiot or not is irrelevant
when it comes to dieting.

A better name for what you're describing
would be: the compliance proof diet.

Better compliance equals better results.
That's true of any diet and any dieter
regardless of intelligence so long as
the dieter understands the rules of the
diet and the difference between compliance
and non-compliance.
