Default A letter to my body

Dear body,

Hey, how's it going? Sorry about the stuff contest last night, I know it
made you feel bad and I promise not to do it again.

I know we've been at odds lately. I want you to be smaller, and you seem
to have a different agenda. I want you to know that I totally appreciate
your cooperation in the beginning of this journey, and I'm sorry if I get
mad at you when you need a break from losing weight sometimes. Sometimes I
call you names and get upset, but it's because I'm frustrated, not because
I hate you or anything. Just want you to know you've done a great job so
far, and I'm going to keep up my end of the bargain too, and keep taking
you to the gym and giving you healthy foods. I'm not going to yell at you
anymore or get upset if you want to lose slowly or stall sometimes, that's
fine by me. We're in this together, and I know we'll make it eventually.

Is your mind part of your body? I'm thinking you've misdirected your letter
