Well group, I've reached my goal. Now the hard part-toning it all up. I
haven't been on the treadmill for months, and I have no place to set it
up(inside my house, anyway), so I have to figure out a way to either get it
set up out in the shed and run an extension cord into the house to turn it
on, or start walking up and down our road. I know I should have been
exercising all along, but I don't really like to exercise. The dieting was
the easy part, compared to what I know I have to do now....
I just want to say thank you for all ya'll have done to help me & encourage
me along the way, this is a great group of serious "losers".......)

I use webshots. I haven't put any pictures up since I regained the weight
and am now trying to lose it and down to goal weight. What weirds me out is
that my photos have been downloaded 3 times. I could see maybe downloading
the pictures I put up of Palo Duro Canyon but they downloaded the ones that
are of me and family/friends. My user id at webshots is hppster. Btw, I'm
sure that while you may have fat pics, Deb, that you don't look "disgusting"
in any of them. Ig is just being Ig.

Wow Debby,

I'm so proud of you for reaching your goal. WAY TO GO! Exercise will
make you feel better and reduce you risk for certain diseases that can come
around. I hope you get on the exercise bandwagon. You can find something
that is enjoyable I'm sure and stick with it.

Congratulations again,

Paul

Congratulations Debby. You must be very proud of yourself.
But I do agree with you, I've always believed that when you start the
maintenance journey you are starting the hardest part.
Hope you'll continue to post here and tell us how you get on.

Congratulations, Debby! That's wonderful!

Exercise is good :-). Seriously, I think you'll really start liking
