I don't usually want something sweet at all, but if I do eat something, it sets me off for more Oh, use less splenda and add some sour cream. You can lower the sweetness and increase the richness. Put some berries on top or blender them up and put inside. I always count the ingredients and then cut into 16 slices. With the liquid stuff, the carbs are very low and you can make it fit into a weight loss plan (if you want to, that is). I have chickened out of making that lovely thing c suggsted, but I did make the soup and it was delicious Well, enjoy your 5 days as you see best!
