6th day back
I have been doing pretty well getting back on track. I did have a piece of
birthday cake on Thursday, but no beer at all since I started. I weighed myself this morning. It wasn't all that bad, but not where I want to be. Numbers below. I don't think this week will be a problem to stay on target. The weekend will be tough of course, but I think I am going to stay strict until I get back to where I need to be. The exercise is right back on track as well. I rode 60 miles yesterday and road around a little today and ran a couple of miles. Hope to keep it up until I get down to 180. Thanks for the support. I'm glad you're back in charge. :-) If it helps, you might consider staying away from the normal situations that result in you giving up control. That'd give you time to allow the associations to weaken a bit. Take care, Carmen |

Good to hear that you've been doing exercise and not taking any beer. It's now 7th day and counting... and only 9 lbs from goal. |
