Default Homemade chicken noodle soup. Points?

I had a cup of chicken noodle soup at the restaurant tonight ( I KNOW I
shouldn't eat anything I don't know how to count, but it looked SOO good,
and tasted GREAT.) It had noodles with a dumpling-like consistency, bell
pepper, and chicken. If I count it as 10 points is that enough to be safe? I
also had chicken breast and grilled veggies. No bread or potato. Thanks in
advance.

I think that's a bit high. Here are some values I found

Au Bon Pain Chicken Noodle Soup, 1 medium 3
Birds Eye Hearty Spoonfuls Chicken Noodle Soup, 1 bowl 3
Boston Market Chicken Noodle Soup, 6 oz 2
Boston Market Home Style Meals Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl, 1 package 4
BRUEGGER’S BAGELS Chicken Noodle Soup, 1 cup 3

It would depend on size of the serving but if you are talking about a
standard size cup or even bowl of chicken noodle soup, I don't see how it
could be more than 4 or 5 points. 1 cup of noodles is 3 points, add the
small amount of chicken and broth. The big problem for me is the amount of
sodium in a serving. I prefer very low sodium. You shouldn't be afraid to
enjoy your food. If you are not enjoying your food, it will be harder for
you to stay with a healthy way of eating.

Thanks y'all. I DID enjoy the soup greatly. I was proud that I didn't go
back for seconds.
