Default week 109

down.8 to 157.8 Not bad for such a short week. Since my all time low is
now 156.6 I am pleased. The short week, getting ready for thanksgiving at
work and my brother's illness and missing Harri I am feeling fine about it
all, with all of this last week or so, I ended my week 2 points in deficit.
I have only gone over points for the week a couple of other times so I
consider this week a major victory. My Brother will have his dual surgeries
on Dec. 8, they will remove his gallbladder and then a cancer/kidney
specialist will remove the cancer from his kidney. This is tricky as he is
such a brittle diabetic that they want to remove as little kidney as
possible. This is stressful for my mom so I am being as supportive as I can
and it is very hard to calm her fears about her oldest child when I have
difficulty looking at it other than negatively myself.

Best of luck to you all this week, Lee
Next immediate goal, to return to 156.6

You're recovering from your bounce up quite nicely. Point-8 down is a
good loss even for a regular week.

I wish your brother a speedy and full recovery from his surgeries.
Good wishes to your family as well as all of you keep vigil. You may
not be able to calm your mother's fears but I'm sure your presence and
love are sources of great comfort.
