Default Logical Way to Loose Weight (forget diet programs/plans)

Hi,

Our bodies have a built in "regulator" which tries to maintain our current
weight, even if it is "overweight".

Most of us respond to hunger by eating something. Did you ever stop to
think that this is our body's response to "regulating" our weight? The
"consequence" of not responding (going hungry) is a loss of weight. Remember,
staying hungry for a length of time forces the body to use some of our stored
fat. In time, you will find, as I did, that feeling hungry will not be so bad
as you adapt. I lost 45 lbs! Five years later, my weight is still around
180 lbs because I watch how I eat and check my weight regularly. I no
longer have the hunger I had when I began to loose 45 lbs.

Brad
