Default Goals for 2007

1. Walk 150 miles; I walked over 100 in 2006.
2. Wear my reference chinos (size 16) to work. I was able to get into them
this year but they're too tight for comfort still.
3. Exercise one hour every day. I let myself off the hook a lot of
Saturdays which is Sabbath for me.

I got to my lowest weight in 15 years in 2006: 187. I'd like to break 180
and with these goals I think I can do it.

240 (1991) /187 (2006) / ???
