Food & Exercise -- 2/2/2007
I still felt somewhat ill this morning with yesterday's stomach bug,
but got better in the afternoon, and have pretty much gotten my appetite back. DH seems to have picked up the bug, but isn't as sick as I was yesterday. We're heading up to PA tomorrow to visit his mom, so I went by the winery this afternoon to pick up a couple of bottles of wine for us to take out to dinner (we're going to a bring-your-own restaurant). I didn't get out for a walk as I'd hoped, as it rained and snowed all day. Food: * 9:15 (home): 45g Hi-Protein Crunch cereal w/ 2/3 cup skim milk * 12:30 (home): 1 cup chunky pot roast soup * 2:45 (home): 2 chocolate graham crackers * 5:00 (driving to winery -- so I'd have enough food in my stomach to drink a glass of wine :-) ): 1 oz. peanuts * 5:30 (winery): 5 oz. wine * 6:45 (home): 2 hard-boiled eggs * 8:30 (home): 1 cup chunky pot roast soup w/ 2 whole-grain crackers Totals: 1060 calories (95 from alcohol), 34g fat (28%), 116g carbs (44%), 55g protein (21%) Exercise: none Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
