say never to oil

i leave you with 1% cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt and 1% island farms
milk

try Quaker brand life cereal. this appears to be something you can be
comfortable feeding your boys and girls quickly in the morning with a splash
of milk or perhaps a rice milk or something

choose your bread carefully. no seeds or nuts. we're not birds. toasted with
some cottage cheese and tomato and perhaps some fish or egg orsomething

fresh noodles, pasta sauce, rice, vegetable broth

baked tortillas, salsa,

fresh fruits and vegetables, non-organic
as for the non-organic, don't worry about it too much. most of the
pesticides are on the skin anyhow. use a cloth and wipe your produce
carefully before eating and carry on

sorbet

i suspect that if you say never to oil, and watch you salt, you will
probably not have a problem with sugar

when it comes to salt and sugar (and spices in part) add them in yourself or
not at all

furthermore, this will allow your body to burn the midnight oil, albeit much
more slowly than a fast, but it will burn off to a healthy state of animal
tenement but the dairy will slow you down

watch you dairy and meats if you use them. check the health food stores too

go in during the evening and select your supper, also grab your breakfast
and your lunch for the next day. if you grab a whole box of cereal then your
breakfasts will be ok for a few days and then go in again in the evening.
nice luxury this really. it is hard for some people to get to market

this is rudimentary and will evolve. i'll play the 'say never to oil diet'
with the females for a while and see where it goes

eating out is nigh impossible you will find but the cost savings will be
useful anyhow

i don't want to over complicate this but i will add a few other points

you can make a several dips that would nicely complement this diet

hummus - chick pea
guacomole - avocadoe
salsa - tomatoes,
bean dip -
spinach dip -
catsup
mustard
tzatiki - yogurt, cucumber

these recipes each are very simple and use only a few standard ingredients
each. check the internet for a classic recipe for each

grains are not oily nuts and seeds

for example vegetable seed or rice
and vegetable nut or say chick pea or green beans

it is the oily nuts and seeds that are to be avoided

grains include
wheat
barley
oats
rye
kamut

amaranth
spelt
millet
quinoa

further, there are, as i see it, two grades of health. course health and
fine health.

the goal of this diet is to get you off junk and onto food. the elimination
of oil will allow your course health to come to accord

beyond this, your fine health entails your blood picture and the fact that
it will still contain yeast, fungus and mold spores. these are the natural
rotting agents and it indicates that you are dying or aging.

if you really want to get fussy about your fine health you need to bring
your blood picture into true focus.
increase fruits and vegetables and slowly delimit all the other menu items

the original diet of man is mild sweet fruit and leafy green vegetables or
herbs. that is all

longevity exists beyond this sphere is some mystical and rare shangri la
people

also, if you're out and about, i prefer aquafina. it's ozonated or
oxygenated. very healthful and rejuvenating.

generally speaking we are taking our bodies from acid to alkaline so use
acids sparingly

balsamic
apple cider
lemon (acid)
lime (alkaline)

as well, no microwaves now.

that's about it. play with the diet and have fun with it.
dont' stress about it

God speed

0002 military time, pacific standard time

let us reinstitute, fish on fridays

fish is good for you when you are eating a normal diet and alot of people
don't like fish

i prefer it. salmon, trout, cod, sole, and so forth

the fats in the fish are good for your brain, as noted
