A diet for the fat people.

It is allowed to eat everyting, save what not allowed.

Listing not allowed:

wheat,

hen (cock, chicken) and her (or its) eggs, quail and its eggs,

grapes, raisin, wine, must or juice, vineger

olives, olive oil,

beet, sugar-beet,

nut-pine,

pepper,

and ...

i think diets are an idivudual thing and i certainly would
