2 years of maintenance and Marathon training week 10
Have now been maintaining my weightloss for two years! Would never have
thought it possible when I started this! Week 9 training went well ending with a 20 miler on Saturday. Must admit to be getting sick of the sight of jelly babies! How bizarre to think that this week seems like an easy week because it ends with "only" a half marathon! Mon Rest Tue 1M jog, 3 x 1.5M (or 12mins) fast with 400m (or 3-min) jog recoveries, then 1M jog Wed 8M (approx 82 mins) slow Thu 1 mile jog, then 3M (approx 25 mins) brisk, then 1M jog Fri Rest Sat 3M (approx 30 mins) easy Sun Fleet Half Marathon. Aim for sub-1:50 -- Rachael 176/116/119 www.justgiving.com/rachaelslondonmarathon |

Congrats on the two years!!! Vey awesome!
Also, great on the long run. I just did a 10-miler yesterday. I felt good the whole run, so I must be doing something right. I love reading your updates, Rachel. |
