Great articles!

For dinner last night, I made a spanish omelette and revised it a bit.
I used 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup mixed green veggies, 1/4
cup tomato sauce and a few shots of hot sauce. It was really, really
good and quite filling. I was surprised by how few calories it had and
happy it was so filling.

Great articles!

I also use a whole egg and egg whites to make an omelette. Add some ff
cheese and veggies and it's chock full of protein.

Great articles. I loved the Royal Italian Bolognese part.

Your omelette sounds good. I do something similar for
dinner about once a week. Half eggs, half eggbeaters,
loads of veggies. Instead of an omelette, I make it a
frittata and run it under the broiler to melt whatever
cheese I sprinkle on top.
