Default Not too bad for junk food

I had a couple of hard boiled eggs sitting in the fridge ready to go with
me to work today, and like a dumbass I forgot them. Around 2ish I felt my
energy flagging, since I hadn't eaten yet, and I said what the hell, maybe
I'll get something from the vending machine. I couldn't read the
ingredients on anything, but I bought some trail mix, figuring it had to be
healthier than chips or a candy bar. Ingredients: peanuts, raisins, yogurt
drops, sunflower kernels and almonds. The serving (one package) is 2.25
ounces, 295 calories, 30g carbs with 9g fiber. But, here's the kicker: I
didn't eat the yogurt drops, except for one. Since it tasted like pure
sugar I skipped the rest. So, in reality, I have no clue how many carbs or
calories I ate, so I just entered the package info into Fitday as though
I'd eaten the yogurt drops. But even with the yogurt drops I'd only be at
71g carbs for the day, 24 being fiber.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.
