Kate's HHH: and some point counting.
Coo - lemmee think...
Monday: walking - 2 mile hike to school & back Tuesday: walking: 2 mile hike to school & back Wednesday: walking - 2 mile hike to school and back Thursday: walking - 2 mile hike to school and back, plus one mile hike back up there for James's judo! Friday: zilch! Sitting in the car and then in the pub exercises nothing but my jaw! Don't think that counts! Saturday: zilch - did some power fabric shopping, but the power was in the shopping, not the walking, as all the shops were close together and most if the energy was used on making decisions about which fabric to buy... Between us, my friend and I did buy a lot of fabric, but we agreed that there wasn't enough exercise in it to count! Sunday: zilch again... Sitting in the car coming home most if the evening, and the day was spent nattering. I must count up my points, but I don't think the damage will be too bad if I'm careful the rest of the week. Friday was OK - I used 17.5 points! Bit too low, but it did mean that Saturday's 29 points wasn't too damaging, as I'd also saves 4 points from before. Today I guess I used about 30 points again, but I'm not sure, as I don't know how to work out the points for Halwa! Altogether, I'm about five points over for the three days, so I don't suppose that's too bad. The lack of exercise will tell more than the extra food. I shall just be extra careful the rest of the week. As I am going down with a horrid head cold, but will still have to do all the walking to fetch James, this shouldn't be too difficult!
