I understand you have been having a rough couple of days.
Keep your spirit up as best you can. Do the best you are
able and feel good about yourself about having done so. I
suggest that you allow nobody to judge what the definition
of best is for you as, in my opinion, you are ultimately the
only qualified judge of that.

Default CHALLENGERS: One week into August. Check In!

I haven't lost anything for a while, have been moving about everywhere
so haven't had chance to get my eating habits sorted yet, and have no
gym access. Also I don't have as much control over my food here which
is ****ing things up royally. I'm at around 188 and need to lose
another 40 or so.
