So far I"ve lost 50 lbs. It took one year to do it and I've lost many

dress
sizes - 24 to 14. But, I haven't lost one pound since Memorial Day. I

just
keep gaining and losing the same one or two pounds. I exercise hard at

the gym
3 times a week and never cheat. So what's up?

I know this is an extreme example. But about 6 months ago I stopped losing
weight, then I started slowly putting pounds back on. It wasn't until I had
mind-numbing cramps with nausea and vomiting to figure out that I'm gluten
intolerant. I always was, but eating low carb grains (with a higer gluten
count) brought out extreme symptoms.

Now I'm diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I'm keeping away from gluten and the
pounds are coming off slowly again.

So sometimes it isn't as simple as changing your exercise routine.

Yes, it is sad when someone eats too much.
