Food:
7:15 (home): 30g Hi-Lo cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk 12:00 (work -- from cafeteria): tuna sandwich (3 oz. tuna, 1 tbsp mayo) on 2 slices whole wheat bread 1:30 (picked from trees during walk): 1/2 cup mulberries 5:00 (at massage studio): 2 hard candies 6:00 (home): 30g mixed nuts 7:00 (home): 148g grilled salmon; 1 cup cooked cauliflower; 1 sliced tomato Totals: 1306 calories, 47g fat (33%), 120g carbs (37%), 119g protein (36%) Exercise: 1:00 -- 3 miles brisk walk {In my current program, I take Wednesdays off from the gym.} Chris 262/150/ (145-150) |
