They are writing a new one. Restaurants are fighting it. Ruby Tuesday tried it voluntarily and their sales dropped 15%, so they went back to regular menus. |

They gonna have calorie inspectors that will fine businesses that serve an incorrect amount of food? Sorry, you didn't put enough ice in that coke. It had 150 calories instead of 120. That will be $500. And that slice of turkey was too thick. And we analyzed the mashed potatoes. Way too much butter. Or are they going to just rely on folks suing and demanding damages, like acessability regs in California? del |
