Call it anything but ice cream...in fact, if I recall, they call it a
"frozen dessert" or something, don't they? "Larry Williams" wrote in message ... Very Good Ice Cream for all of you that can stand a few extra carbs. I've been on LC since Sept 03, and am at steady 180 from 204. Retired (57 y/o) and exercising (walking) almost every day. Feel good. The diet is pretty routine, but I still read labels. The stuff is very good tasting, esp the chocolate. For that reason, I
do NOT KEEP IT IN THE HOUSE - I only buy it on the occasion I can visit a Ben & Jerry's stand, which is rarely.

I find many ice creams too sweet, but this one was hardly sweet at all and the texture was awful. I think the Breyer's CarbSmart is not only the best, but one of the least expensive too.
