What's wrong with your fat loss workout? Are you frustrated by a lack of weight loss results? Are you spending too much time in the gym during your workouts and not getting the fat loss you deserve? Weight loss is a complete process, the gym alone doesn't bring results, good foods alone don't bring resuls.. it's a combination of both that work.
