I got called "hot"

by a very pretty girl much my junior. That would have never happened
pre-LC. My band (The Bonobos) played a show last night. It was
great. The audience loved it. Afterwards, this woman who appeared to
be in her mid-twenties told me that I "looked really hot up there." I
kind of didn't know what to say. I'm anything but humble about the
band, but this was about me, personally.

In retrospect I should have said, "Does that mean you'll let me kiss
you?" except I wasn't drunk yet, so there's no way I'd have said it.
I don't drink before or during shows. Ah, if she'd only said it an
hour later.

Actually, I wouldn't have gone through with it because I'm happily
married, but it would have been awfully funny.

Are you sure she didn't just mean you looked hot as in temperature? I'm
in a band too, and it can get very hot on stage under those lights!

Although I'm sure you looked cool, and she probably did mean it the way
you think... :-)
