Wiser to eat less, down to the optimal amount.

Just cause we're both omnivores doesn't mean we're the same. I'm not eating my dog food, even if Innova EVO is fit for human consumption. It is only when we are hungry (stomachs singing and laughing) that our bodies get rid of the bad "inside" fat (visceral adipose tissue or VAT) that is the source of the pro-inflammatory cytokines that are the proximate cause of insulin resistance (IR/MetS). I don't suppose you have a clinical, published (or even pre- publication) study on the stomach laughter and VAT? Would you describe the stomach laughing as more "funny ha ha" or "funny ho ho"? Your claims, Andrew, are in both categories. Pardoned Neighbor (900 miles might be too close for my comfort) Hollywood. |
