Low-carbohydrate nutrition and metabolism.

The persistence of an epidemic of obesity and type 2 diabetes suggests that
new nutritional strategies are needed if the epidemic is to be overcome.

"We conclude that increasing fat-to-carbohydrate ratio to the
uppermost (i.e., carbohydrate-free) in a high-fat diet prevents the
development of obesity, but not the prediabetic state (i.e., altered
glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity)."

It is only when we are hungry (stomachs singing and laughing) that our
bodies get rid of the bad "inside" fat (visceral adipose tissue or
VAT) that is the source of the pro-inflammatory cytokines that are the
proximate cause of insulin resistance (IR/MetS).

It remains wiser to eat less, down to the optimal amount to become
healthier (hungrier) to lose the VAT, cure the IR/MetS, and possibly
also cure the type-2 diabetes:

support via usenet plus an unprecedented million-dollar guarantee:

Be hungry (stomach laughing and singing)... be healthy (no VAT)... be
blessed (surrounded by good things which will all make you hungrier):

Far be it for me to suggest that a study using rats wouldn't apply
universally
to some humans (Dr. Chung in particular would seem to share a lot of
characteristics
with Ratus Ratus), but it might could be that optimal diets for rats
and humans
are very different. Just cause we're both omnivores doesn't mean we're
the same.
I'm not eating my dog food, even if Innova EVO is fit for human
consumption.

I don't suppose you have a clinical, published (or even pre-
publication) study on
the stomach laughter and VAT? Would you describe the stomach laughing
as more
"funny ha ha" or "funny ho ho"? Your claims, Andrew, are in both
categories.
