time works wonders, you might consider buying pure shay butter... costly but
wonderful, Lee "Mognfox" wrote in message ... Hello, Gang! New to the newsgroup. Am just finishing up my 55th week on WW. Have lost over 116 pounds. All along I have been doing cardio and toning workouts, which have helped immensely, but I do still have issues with loose skin, especially on the stomach, inner thighs and upper arms. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions that would help to get rid of it (or at least firm it up a bit)...preferably not involving surgery? I'm less than 10 lbs from my goal so it's not really a matter of losing too much more flab. Thanks in advance Kathleen |

Thanks. I've actually heard of that and I'm sure I've seen it
somewhere. Kathleen On 28/02/2010 07:19, Stormmee wrote: time works wonders, you might consider buying pure shay butter... costly but wonderful, Lee wrote in message ... Hello, Gang! definitely shop around, you can pay 21 dollars for six ounces, or 11 dollars
a pound if you buy in bulk, lasts forever also, Lee "Mognfox" wrote in message ... Thanks. I've actually heard of that and I'm sure I've seen it somewhere. Hmm, my friend has a shop with all kinds of stuff like that. She might
be able to get me some in bulk. Good idea. i split a net order with a friend so if your friend has a shop it might be
even easier, Lee "Mognfox" wrote in message ... Hmm, my friend has a shop with all kinds of stuff like that. She might be able to get me some in bulk. Good idea.
