Default Weight lifting while LCing question

Hi folks,

How often can you do weight lifting while LC'ing?

Is a daily thing too much? Aren't you supposed to rest
your muscles? How long? Is 1 day is enough? Or more given
that your workout is about one hour of continuous sets using almost
the maximum possible weight that allows you to do
12 repetitions per set, 3 sets per exercise?

I know any weight lifting is good, but what's realistic and productive?

Thanks,

J.
