Indeed it is!!

There's just one question i've been asking myself. The scale isn't
moving... yet my clothes sizes are getting smaller... lol what's up with
that?

Guess my body is just adapting to all the gym and taking a proper shape?

Can't complain though.. I'm really happy ... I've accomplished something,
reached some goals and I only proved to myself that indeed I can do this!
Without Doctors, medication, surgery.. just good will power and the
motivation to stick to it.. its certainly paying off. Not only for me, but
all of us!

You clearly are doing something right. Slow but steady and the weight
comes off and the proportions change even when the scale does not.
