wait till the cold weather kicks in and you can't keep yourself as
warm as you once did.

Hm hm, quite possible!!!

That's what I suffer from. And I think that baking another cake
or batch of brownies for "somebody" is the only way to warm up.

Me too, and also my spine is uncomfortable if I sit on a bench with a
hard back to it.

The woman I share an office with had the gastric bypass surgery last year
and has lost 120 lbs. She is ALWAYS cold regardless of the temperature in
the room. It was at least 80 in our office and I was sweating and she was
sitting there shivering and showing me how cold her hands were. Everyone
that stopped by our office told us how hot it was in there.... I am getting
her 2 small space heaters and a huge heating blanket for Xmas to keep at her
desk...

I concur with your analysis! Tonight I went out to eat and it felt like
bone on wooden chair. Funny thing is, I still have another 45-70 lbs to
lose. What's it going to fell like then? Ouch! Hey Ignoramus? I saw your
web page and I have to say I'm impressed with your weight loss photos. Your
looking pretty sharp.

I wish I had taken some before photos, but I've always hated taking photos.
Have you ever seen the Friends show where Chandler smiles for his wedding
pictures and he just can't make a good smile? Well, that's how I feel in
front of a camera. Anyway, great job on your success.

Take care all,

Paul

Plus guilt from people who are unhappy that you are not as fat
anymore.
