Why don't you go on ahead and explain it for the rest of us?

You must think we're all pretty stupid here, "Maria L". Your messages
are obvious spam.

And besides, unless you started out weighing 400 lbs. or so, it's not
good for you to lose 22 pounds in one month. You are harming yourself
(assuming of course that this is true, which I doubt).

It's true chris. Actually it's 23 pounds now. I'm one pound short of
my short term goal and 11 pounds short of my ideal weight (according to
those charts at the doctor's office).

And yeah the diet talks about how doctors say it's not safe to lose
more than a couple pounds a week, and that you should consult a doctor.
I did. My OBGYN who happens to be a friend told me it would be okay
to try for a couple weeks.

She then did blood work on me and she too was amazed. My BFP is down.
My good cholesterol is up. My bad cholesterol is down. I'm hydrated.
I'm not taking laxatives. I'm not starving myself (far from it). And
I'm doing 20 minutes of sensible exercise 3 times a week.

So, let the naysayers say nay. I'm happy and just wanted to share that
happiness.

You don't seem to get it yet. I will continue to reply to all replies.
You want me to give it up. Stop replying.

Oh, and just to **** off ignoramus... if you want to read about this
diet that I'm on, that I dont' get money from and wouldn't even
continue to be touting it if the rude people here didn't **** me off...
you can read about it at www.fasteasyfatburnerdiet.com

(from now on every reply will receive AT LEAST the link. And I hope
whomever owns it makes money from it.)

The difference between you and other spammers is that you are
particularly obnoxious, and invested a particularly large amount of
your personal time.

The similarity though, is that you are not making any money.

LOL... first... the time invested is nothing. It's now a personal
mission. But you are right about one thing. I'm not making any money.
Why? Because I'm not in the internet business. This was never
commercial spam. It was never spam at all. It has turned into a form
of spam because of you and the other ignoramuses attacking me for
posting a link. A NON-AFFILIATE link. Something I have NOTHING TO DO
WITH. Don't make a thin dime from and couldn't care less if it made
any money.

If I knew of a web address where people could read about this diet and
NOT be subjected to an order button, I would have posted it. Alas... I
do not. The only link I know of is www.fasteasyfatburner.com, where I
found the diet.

Again... keep replying... and I'll keep posting.

I'm not very Internet savvy, so help me out here. How come when I go to
Google groups and search for the exact test "Okay... I have tried every
diet. I mean EVERY DIET" I get 14 posts to almost as many different
groups? All of them are signed by someone named Maria. See here -
