Wow, that's really impressive, Paper! Your trainer was right - don't worry
about the weight right now as you have definitely slimmied down
considerably. Congratulations.

Excellent! There are more ways to measure your progress than the scale
alone. I'm glad you've added the tape measure to arsenal of tools.

It probably is good to have real numbers other than those on the scale
to demonstrate that things are working in a positive manner. Great
job with those other reduced numbers.
