Default Week's Weight In and ZERO POINT FRUITS?

Hi, all!

At Monday's WW Weigh-in I was down 2.8 lbs! I can hardly believe it!
I wish I had started this program sooner!

Also -- I bought the NEW Complete Food Companion (Flex Points) and
found that a small peach is ZERO POINTS! I thought that all fruits
were at least one point. Has anyone found any other zero point
fruits?

Thanks!

I count all fruits as 1 point. I figure that my idea of small might not be the
same idea that someone else has. G In the beginning I also weighed my fruit to
get a more accurate idea of size. It didn't take too many ounces before an item
was 1 point. The online ww food database actually counts a small peach as half a
point ... so is a medium peach, or using the 1 item method. So ... how do we
figure what is small and what is medium? And using the 1 item method ... well,
wouldn't a large peach be 1 item? LOL Weight worked well for me. 5 ounces of a
peach was half a point, 5.75 ounces is 1 point.

Since I decided fruit and veggies weren't what made me overweight, I felt safe in
counting all fruits as 1 point and veggies as 0. There are exceptions of course
(bananas, corn, peas, etc.).

Whatever works for you, go for it. If you begin to notice that your losses are
slower or stall totally, then reevaluate how you are counting these items.

Not that my example of weight loss is stellar but I do remember fruits and
veggies at one time being free. I also remember a leader saying very few of
us are fat because we overindulge in fruits. therefore, I don't always
count my fruits.

Well, if we get our "fruit" definitions technically correct, many are
zero points as many "veggies" are in fact fruits!

One grape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
