Yeah, I'm not too worried about them. I'm back at work next week and into
my normal routine. Losing has become relatively easy when I'm in my
routine!

make lifetime next week with any luck I'm looking forward to it!!

enough.
This week I'm quite pleased with the small gain after being away and

hotel and restaurant food for three nights. I think what saved me was

the walking around we did - for the first time in a long time my muscles
were sore after walking!
