Default Sauteed Spinach -- A New Way

2 tbsp Bacon Bits
1-1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
250 gm or 8 Oz spinach leaves

Preheat frypan over medium heat
Add bacon bits and soya sauce
As soon as soya sauce begins to sizzle and spinach and stir
quickly until it reaches desired texture
Yummmmmmmm

sounds good....I just bought a big thing of bacon bits, too.

Is Soya sauce the same thing as Soy sauce? Seems like it would be good with
Soy sauce.

I just did a variation on this a few days ago. I sauteed the spinach in
butter, and added bacon bits and parmesan cheese. Yum!
