Most important thing I've learned
I think the most important thing I've learned from low-carb eating is how
to eat a trans fat and corn syrup free diet. I will carry this with me the rest of my life, even if at some future date I decide to not do low-carb anymore. These two ingredients, regardless of carb counts, are so bad for me that I even feel a little sick if I inadvertantly eat something containing either of them. -- Michelle Levin http://www.mindspring.com/~lunachick I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws. |
