You're a vegetarian?

ATTENTION EVERYONE!

After doing some research, I have discovered JC's weight. How does 4

big
ones sound? Now I understand why she is so bitter! How sad...

BITCH, you are the LAST one to talk about anyone being fat!

Then she is more deserving of our compassion than our hatred. You should
realize that people who are experiencing that kind of self loathing will
often be angry and strike out at others. She needs a hug more than our
contempt. Offer her loving thoughts and surround her with white light in
your mind. If it is your inclination to do so, say a prayer for her to
gain wisdom and to find a way to control her world.

You don't have what it takes. Resign yourself to being fat and

unhealthy
for
the rest of your life.

I've had good luck on the low-carb diet,
loosing 15 pounds already this year, but I'm wanting to make a true
change in my eating habits. Even though the meats, eggs, etc are nice
and I have a good tasty variety, I'm thinking it might be better to go
with a more traditional diet (fruits, veggies, etc).

Clearly you have made up your own low carb diet on your own because
there isn't a real one out there that fits this description. So my
suggestion is that you get one of the popular low carb books, read
it without any preconceived notions, and follow the actual directions.
All low carb plans stress at least veggies and there isn't a low
carb plan out there that keeps you from eating fruit for more than
14 days. I know following the directions is a lot more work than
making it up on your own, but it works better than making it up on
your own. Go for it!
