Default Core question

I'm still fairly new to this core plan. How do I go about figuring points
such as Applebee's WW meals? Even though I am on core, do I count them all,
or just try to determine the points that don't fall into core?

Someone else will know the correct answer to your question for sure.
My guess is that you count all the points and apply them to your
weekly 35.

I noticed that there was information at Applebee's (on the table in
that same collection of stuff with drink and dessert information)
about how to make some of their meals core. This seemed to involve
some ingredient substitution.

Default Core question

Core does not use a point system on a daily basis...The idea is to eat only
the core foods until your satiated (not full but satisfied)...You do count
your weekly flex points(35) and can have any foods you desire...I often eat
at Applebee's but find that service and quality are poor in my area...The WW
menu did offer core meals but seems to have eliminated the added verbiage
but once you learn core it becomes second nature...It has worked very well
for me...Good luck...GG

Default Core question

I get the basics of core. What I was trying to find out is if I get the
Tango Chicken Sandwich for instance. For someone on Flex, the seven points
include points figured from the fruit etc. that are core items. Am I simply
allowed to figure the meal minus anything that is core. Instead of seven
points, it would be 3 or 4?

Default Core question

I think that's correct...and the 3 or 4 points would apply to your 35 per
week...I'm not an expert on this but it makes sense..Trust me in time it
will become second nature...This is one battle we fight with ourselves...And
we can win...GG
