Default Weight Loss is About Conviction and Attitude

Any overweight person who takes being fat as the dire personal crisis it
truly is, must be capable of controlling what he or she eats; after all, the
choice of early death vs. self-control is a no-brainer. Being a multi-year
WW social group member does little to help most people attain normal weight.
The proof is right here on this NG.

The problem with lifelong obese people is that either they don't see their
problem as dire, or that they DO see it as dire but are too weak to control
their behavior - they refuse to admit to having a problem or they launch
attacks on those who challenge them.

Here's an example of the type of attitude that is doomed to failu

==============

Face to face you wouldn't really have the balls to even speak to me so I
really wouldn't worry much. I do fine in my real life with real people,
even ****ant little men with inadequacy issues such as yourself. I happen
to be pretty much the same as I am on line or at least that's what my online
friends who have met me in real life say.

He's a lot like this prick I know on another group - it's an Internet thing
I think. Can't hold up an argument so the other person must be fat. That's
one of the reasons I don't post my weight. I have nothing to prove to those
sad little critters.

If anyone cares, I *DO* post my weight - 5'11", 168 lbs.

Wonder what hers is?

Lie #1: No one on this group has been doing WW for years and is still obese,
myself included.

Lie #2: A simple google search of your bull**** will show that no attacks on
you were due to your "challenges."

Again, you are a poor excuse for a stalker. Another google search in this
group will demonstrate your abnormal fixation with me. Maybe it's because I
was so absolutely right about you and your mental problems.

My photos are online. I have accomplished more physically becoming healthy
and fit than you will ever do in your entire life. Truth hurts, doesnt' it?

Default Guacamole recipe

No, but it sounds terrific. I shall whip some up this week.

Tonight's green troll medicine is going to be asparagus on the grill with a hint of red pepper and lemon zest.

Sounds good.. I'm keeping it simple, grilled pre-marinated chicken and left over bulgur... probably with steamed veggie....

Went to the Farmers Market in Petaluma, I overdosed on strawberries!!!!!

Default Guacamole recipe

We had burgers (mine was Boca), fries that I make by baking fresh shoestring cut potatoes (for DH) or butternut squash (for me), and asparagus.

Default Guacamole recipe

I have a mandolin slicer that does nice shoestring cuts. You just spritz a little olive oil and bake at 425 till brown. I like butternut squash more than potatoes.
