Default week 191

up 1.8, wasn't so on program as I had felt I would be this week, today I
took the day off counting points and I will decide when I wake up tomorrow
if it will be points or core, I learned I need to monitor what I eat more
than I did this week and I also learned I MUST take a snack bag with me when
I travel, I also learned that when I buy a dozen krispy kremes for my mom I
need to make sure she doesn't forget them and leave me alone in a hotel room
with them and no snack bag to choose healthy stuff from...

I hope you guys have a great week, I am intending to have a super week,
