Do you use the weekend for your high point day and what day do you weigh

Thanks for the reply.

Sunday is my high point day. The wife and I go out to eat.

Sun - 37 points
Mon - 22 points
Tue - 26 points
Wed - 24 points
Thur - 22 points
Fri - 27 points
Sat - 23 points

Just for the record...

I would never respond to a Wendie post. - Haven't got a clue what it
is, nor do I want one yet.

The one and only reason ever I post my numbers is for me. I am not in
any sort of compitition, nor am I implying that you or anybody else is.

This group is really great about staying on topic compared to other
diet support/ disorder (name your group). As been said; sometimes a
thread does trigger multiple topics, the same as any conversation does.

About your leaving the group because some of us are stuck in our own
cr*p doesn't make a lot sense. Remember I am having some health
delemas of my own. Check out some of Eddie and my discussions. We
don't (Eddie) see eye to but we are deffinatly mates when it comes to
weight loss.

To stay or leave is your choice, beleive me I considered it last week
because I wasn't getting the stokes I was looking for. But I did get
what I needed.

Please take this in a postive vein .

Ralph

P.S. Hang in buddy, I was old a long time ago that if I stuck it out
for 20 weeks I would amass enough information to successfully follow
the program.

I don't put a lot of faith in the Wendy's plan to be honest, mainly because
it has led a lot of my members off... ( it's been misused, misunderstood
and busted by WW.

BUT it's been my experience, both personal and through what members bring in
the meeting room that varying your points day to day (usually by a range
from 2 to 5) bring better weigh loss on average (over 3-4 weeks) and bring
better satisfaction.. members seems to find it easier to stay on plan when
they vary the amount of points they eat and the foods they eat..

Richard,

I've got to say that I checked out the Wendie Plan and like what I see! I
don't know that much about it but will surely check it out because I too
have days where dh and I go to dinner or have a couple cocktails and I go
over my points! I like the fluctuation of points each day and believe it
may help me too!!

Thanks!

My own results have been very positive. If I have a 0 loss week I
just return to flex for awhile.

That's what my way does except for the high point day. I am very
strict in doing my journal and eating all my points everyday. No
more, no less.

It's the high point day that brings a problem... if you can do that and
remain in control and it works for you.. then by all means...

Wendy's plan has led a lot of member astray after a few weeks because the
high point day became two... it ended up being a trigger for them.. (

As with anything.. as long as it works..
