I did lose 2# last week. I let my keyboard get away from me today.

Posting your progress is helpful to others whether it is acknowledged or
not. Sometimes people just need to see that others are doing well on their
plans to give them that little push.

Hey Richard - Can I make you a deal mate? If you don't feel comfortable
posting your progress then please at least promise me that you will change
your signature each week so that I can congratulate you on a weekly

You're right. I get lots of inspiration in reading progress reports.
I will continue to post them if only to help others. I won't get
pushed out of shape at responses.
