Unwrapped
Unwrapped is a TV show on the Food Channel that gives some insight into how
certain foods are made. usually they go into a factory and show the foods being made, and what goes into making them. One of the segments yesterday was on Russell Stover Low Carb candies. The company rep was very reticent about giving out any details on just what they do different in making LC candy, but implied it was a lot more then just changing sweeteners. |

Sort-of apropos, have you seen the At Last (Carborite/Carborite) chocolate sweetened with erythritol and inulin? Decent if you like milk chocolate. Might work hacked up in chocolate-chip cookies too. -- Jean B. |

Because I *think* it's not just a sweetener issue but one of proper texture
as well. Teeb "Jenny" wrote in message ...
