Default Down 1.6 YAY!!!!!!!

Well all, I finally saw a loss after two weeks of gains. I did not eat all
my flex points this week, I increased my fiber and calcium intake and also
rode my stationary bike 4 times this week. So all those combined efforts
paid off for me. I will continue on this path and see what happens next
week. I did have dinner out with friends on Wednesday at Red Lobster. I
even ate 5 of their cheddar bay biscuits. Yes I did say 5 and according to
www.dwlz.com that was 17 points, but I so enjoyed them and used my flex
points to eat them. I had told myself before I got there that I was only
going to have 3, but I ended up with 5. I was miserable when I got home
too, I really hate that over full feeling.

I go there once a year at the most, I think I am safe to splurge on the
biscuits once in a while, just need to count it and move on. Although,
someone did tell me that they have those biscuits to go, they would go great
with a big bowl of soup. But I would limit the amount I would buy to the
amount I could have at that time.
