Way to go! As long as you're losing, its okay to indulge sometimes.
Beats going on a binge.

I know what you mean about the overfull feeling. Once you get unused
to it, it feels so uncomfortable!

Well all, I finally saw a loss after two weeks of gains. I did not eat all
my flex points this week, I increased my fiber and calcium intake and also
rode my stationary bike 4 times this week. So all those combined efforts
paid off for me. I will continue on this path and see what happens next
week. I did have dinner out with friends on Wednesday at Red Lobster. I
even ate 5 of their cheddar bay biscuits. Yes I did say 5 and according to
www.dwlz.com that was 17 points, but I so enjoyed them and used my flex
points to eat them. I had told myself before I got there that I was only
going to have 3, but I ended up with 5. I was miserable when I got home
too, I really hate that over full feeling.

That's a great loss, Deb, and I HATE that stuffed feeling too. I usually
only feel that way after eating at the local Italian buffet or after
Thanksgiving, stuff like that. And ohhhh how I do love those cheddar
biscuits. It's been TOO long!
