"Carb Blocker" which one is best
What they are all trying to say is.. these things really do not work. There
are prescription ones that are for use in diabetics but believe me.. when those are working, you don't want to be sitting there sucking down any kind of carbs. When undigested carbs get into your intestines, they feed all the little buggies in there and ferment and you *do* know what that does, don't you? It will turn you into a very socially unacceptable person... Teeb "Johnathan" wrote in message om... can someone please tell me the best "Carb Blocker" on the market today |

"Carb Blocker" which one is best
The only "carb blocker" that works is a prescription drug, Precose. It is
meant for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. It will slow down, but not block the breakdown of about 20 grams of starches and complex sugars. This will allow you to eat the carbs without spiking as high as normal, but the carbs are eventually metabolised. -- Jenny Cut the carbs to respond to my new email address!
