Found a great FREE mini-mag anyone interested in Low Carb

Just found a great mini-mag called 'Low Carb and Atkins Monthly' that
you can download for free direct from the website at
http://www.atkinsmonthly.com .I thought it was just what I need to get
to know a bit more about Low Carb diets etc. In the issue I've just
got, their talking about why atkins failed which I thought was very
timly considering the action. Also I noticed some nice recipes. In fact
theres enough there for both low carbs and normal people. (don't mean
that in any disrespectful way)Anyway, before i put the rest of my leg
in my mouth I just say that i thought it was well worth mentioning.
